Frustration is being just a few weeks out from Christmas and wanting to establish a holiday tradition with your family with a super adorable custom Christmas card only to have the Walmart checkout systems reject you at every turn… across multiple browsers and in their own official app…

I ended up solving the problem myself by switching my shipping methods to a more expensive option… so they reimbursed me the cost of shipping plus $6.

So… Not the worst interaction with customer support I've ever had.
